Pre-production

Every project is different and so are the customer expectations. It is very difficult to establish a solid price list for several reasons. One of the biggest factors having the impact on cost is the time consuming pre-production stage during which the whole vision is turning into first work products such as script & storyboard or other.

Therefore we prepared service packages reflecting our effort to deliver work products within our production stages. If you want to know more about all of our production stages take a look at our creative process.

Remake ME! is one of the special cases when the effort can differ depending on how much of the original video is requested to modify.

Visual Style

No less important aspect shaping the price is the visual style. For instance creating an animated presenter character with lip sync to the voiceover is a challenging task, therefore it is reflected in cost.

Training vs marketing video

The purpose of the video also plays a big role in a way how it is produced. The biggest difference between the training and marketing video regarding effort is in pre-production and acquisition stage. For instance a Sparx Enterprise Architect Training video production delivered as as a Turkey ME! service requires a development of a demo example project (.eap file) having all necessary model and / or RTF templates and other specifics prepared during the pre-production phase . Unlike marketing type of video a training video is mostly created by screencasts which is skills demanding activity requiring ideally a subject matter expert as a narrator - just ask those who have done this challenging task already ;). This step must be perfectly timed with the scene happening on the application screen, therefore it takes the higher effort in comparison with marketing video.
